By participating in the Glass Garden Stakes Class, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Safety First: Working with glass involves sharp edges and specialized tools. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor. Safety equipment will be provided and must be used as directed.

2. Personal Responsibility: The event organizers, venue, and instructors are not liable for any injuries, cuts, burns, or damages that may occur during the class. Participants assume all risks associated with handling glass and related materials.

3. Age & Skill Requirements: This class may not be suitable for young children due to the nature of working with glass. Participants must meet any age requirements specified by the organizers.

4. Kiln Firing Process: All finished projects will be kiln-fired and available for pickup at a later date. While we take great care in firing, minor imperfections or variations in the final product may occur due to the nature of glass fusing.

5. Clothing & Personal Belongings: Participants should wear closed-toe shoes and avoid loose clothing for safety reasons. The event is not responsible for any damage to clothing or personal items.

6. No Refunds for Breakage: While we take precautions, glass is fragile. The event is not responsible for breakage after pickup.
